Reflection

We were learning about similes and metaphors.
I found this tricky because I need to practice them more.
My next step is to practice them more.

How to order fractions on the number line

What I did was look at the top number the numerator to see witch one was the lowest number, and the lowest number was zero so it put it at the beginning of the number line. Then I got the next lowest one witch was three so I put the one next on the number line.  Then I did it to the four, five, six, seven and nine.

I found this task easy.  Next time I want to try harder ones.

Marine Reserves

My Reflection
We had to learn about marine reserves since we were going to camp because it was by a marine reserve.  I felt happy that I was doing the marine reserve task because I love marine animals. What I can do differently is ask for more help when needed.

To start I thought this activity was easy Now I understand it a bit more.
Next I will be learning how to add fractions.

We are making predictions of the book kensuke's kingdom we think we did a good job because we were really interested in the blurb because they used words that would catch the reader's attention. Our next steps are too add more detail to our answers.

My reflection
We were learning how to write an balanced  argument.
In my introduction I can end a sentence with a question. 
I found this easy because I knew what to write.  The thing that helped me the most was using a writing frame.
My next step is to write an argument on a different subject.

Making and Breaking Numbers

We were learning about the different ways to make the number 12.  We were using different equations and we were looking for patterns to help us be successful.   We were learning this to help us learn strategies in the future.  I felt excited and proud about this learning because I was able to find a lot of ideas.  By finding the pattern it was easier to get more ideas.  Next time I could use higher numbers so I can extend my knowledge.
